The Angel Fund currently receives the majority of its funding from regional fundraising efforts in Connecticut. We are working to bring the Angel Fund national (and if you can help let us know!!) however right now it is being implemented, free of charge, only in Connecticut due to funding limitations. If you are inquiring from a hospital located outside Connecticut please complete this form so that we have your information to consider when funding permits. All Hospital participation is at the sole discretion of the Angel Fund.
